Fantastic and easy to follow book, another top class read from Jamie. Each and everyone of us suffer from some form of anger be it daily,weekly or once a month. This book not only points out where you could possibly be going wrong but can help you in putting it right. What I like about Jamies books is they are not geared up or aimed at just the macho men of the martial arts world they are for everyone and I would say more so for the women. Jamie even makes you feel safe in a strange unexplanable way. I found this book very inspiring and brutally honest, this is something that makes Jamie's book worth buying and reading, the honesty inside and stamped on each and every page.
